WHITE HAWK INC EMERGENCY RESPONSE PLAN <br /> Purpose: The internal emergency response plan is designed to facilitate the safe <br /> evacuation of all occupants from the building located at 2101 E. Dr. Martin Luther King <br /> Jr. Blvd in the event of a natural disaster or a hazardous material spillage. <br /> System components: Includes, fire extinguishers, absorbents, exiting doors, <br /> emergency exits, medical kit <br /> 1. Extinguisher in the shop area, kitchen, main office <br /> 2. Medical kit located in the shop office <br /> 3. Absorbents located in the shop area <br /> 4. Emergency located in the accounting office and by the main dispatch office <br /> by the copier <br /> In the event of a hazardous material spillage, follow these simple steps: <br /> The shop personnel have been trained to find the absorbents and try to contained the <br /> spillage, then they are instructed to notified the CA Dept of toxic substances @ <br /> (916)255-3545, and the US environmental Protection Agency (EPA) @ (800)300-2193 <br /> and make them aware of the spillage. <br /> If needed, please call the Poison Control Center (800)424-8802, or 911, the nearest <br /> hospital is located on 500 W. Hospital Road in French Camp, CA (209)468-6000 <br /> In the event of a hazardous material spillage and after the earthquake is over, and <br /> evacuation order will be in effect.
