WHITE HAWK INC EMERGENCY RESPONSE <br /> PLAN <br /> Purpose: The internal emergency response plan is designed to facilitate <br /> the safe evacuation of all occupants from the building located at 2101 E. Dr. <br /> Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd in the event of a natural disaster or a hazardous <br /> material spillage. <br /> System components: Includes, fire extinguishers, absorbents, exiting <br /> doors, emergency exits, medical kit <br /> 1. Extinguisher in the shop area, kitchen, main office <br /> 2. Medical kit located in the shop office <br /> 3. Absorbents located in the shop area by the main door that leads to <br /> the office <br /> 4. Emergency exit doors located in the accounting office and by the <br /> main dispatch office by the copier <br /> Familiarization with the emergency response plan: <br /> In the event of a hazardous material spillage, follow these simple steps: <br /> Find the absorbents located on the left by the main shop door and try to <br /> contained the spillage, right after notify the local CUPA (SJC Environmental <br /> Health Department), 209-468-342o and the State Warning Center by calling <br /> (Soo)-852-755o and if need to please contact 911. <br /> If needed, please call the Poison Control Center (800)222-1222, or 911, in <br /> case is necessary to go the hospital, the nearest one is located on 500 W. <br /> Hospital Road in French Camp, CA (209)468-6000 <br /> Evacuation Plan <br /> In the event of a hazardous material spillage or if there is an earthquake <br /> and after the earthquake is over, and evacuation order will be in effect. At <br /> that time, please walk orderly and meet outside of the building on Diamond <br /> and Charter Way by the south entrance. <br />
