The eyewash solution at this facility was observed with an expiration date of July 17, 2010. <br /> According to the Return to Compliance paperwork submitted in response to the 2012 inspection, this <br /> solution was replaced in March 2012; the eyewash container observed on site last year had an expiration <br /> date of 2006. All facility communications and alarm systems, fire protection equipment, spill control <br /> equipment, and decontamination equipment, shall be tested and maintained as necessary to assure its <br /> proper operation in time of emergency. The expired eyewash solution was removed by the operator at <br /> the time of inspection and replaced with a solution with an expiration date of October 2014.
