If an emergency escalates to an event that requires additional personnel,the LLNL Emergency <br /> Plan (UCRL-AM-218588) is implemented in conjunction with this Contingency Plan. The <br /> LLNL Onsite Emergency Response Organization becomes operational when the LLNL <br /> Emergency Plan is implemented. <br /> The personnel available at both the Livermore site and Site 300 who are trained to respond <br /> during an incident at LLNL Site 300 are numerous. The positions described below are those <br /> most likely to respond to a Facility incident,depending on the size and character of the incident. <br /> Additional positions and responsibilities are described in the LLNL Emergency Plan(UCRL- <br /> AM-218588). <br /> 4.1 Emergency Coordinhtor <br /> Select members of LLNL's Laboratory Emergency Duty Officer(LEDO)program fulfill the <br /> responsibilities of Emergency Coordinator as required by State and Federal regulations. <br /> The Emergency Coordinator:LEDO(Table 1)is authorized to commit LLNL resources <br /> necessary to respond to an incident. The Emergency Coordinator;LEDO has access to <br /> information on LLNL's facility and operations. The Emergency Coordinator"LEDO is on call <br /> for 24-hours per day on a weekly basis. The Alameda County Regional Emergency <br /> Communications Center maintains a copy of the emergency call list of Emergency <br /> Coordinators.,LEDOs. <br /> The Emergency Coordinator,LEDO has the authority to commit all LLNL resources and the <br /> capability to obtain outside resources needed to implement this Contingency Plan. <br /> LLNL Site 300 Contingency Plan IZ January 2019 <br />
