12.2 External Reporting <br /> Releases must be reported to a variety of regulatory agencies under different circumstances. In <br /> all instances when the Contingency Plan is implemented,both verbal and written notification is <br /> required. <br /> EFA responds to all reports of releases or other environmental occurrences through a well- <br /> established reporting process.The EDO determines the reporting requirements and works with <br /> Environmental Analysts and Laboratory management on the process of notifying federal,state, <br /> and local regulatory agencies and DOE.
