SPOUSE CONSUMED 2 TACOS AND COMPLAINANT WAS EATING THEIR FIRST TACO <br /> WHEN THEY CLAIM THAT THEY DISCOVERED A MAGGOT THAT HAD FALLEN OUT OF THE TACO ONTO <br /> COMPLAINANTS ARM." <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Person in charge and on site today did not know about the complaint, however,the Manager(via phone)states that he had <br /> heard about the complaint, but has not been able to get a hold of the complainant. <br /> Tacos are fried in the fryer and then shredded lettuce, sliced cheese and taco sauce is added. Tacos are received fully <br /> cooked and frozen.Tacos are then thawed under refrigeration prior to frying.Whole heads of lettuce are received. The lettuce <br /> is cored,washed and shredded on site. Cheese is received pre-sliced and maintained under refrigeration. Once the cheese is <br /> removed from refrigeration,time is used as a temperature control for the cheese slices(4 hours maximum).Taco sauce is <br /> non-phf. <br /> Per manager, employees are instructed to inspect produce at preparation for any abnormalities. <br /> Upon inspection today, observed tacos being fried to a temperature of 176F, shredded lettuce and sliced cheese were added <br /> plus taco sauce. No live or flies or maggots were observed within the facility this date. Facility utilizes services from Advanced <br /> Pest Control (most recent visits were 1-10-17 and 12-2016). <br /> Corrective action required: <br /> 1)The taco cabinet has old good debris and grease accumulation.
