Immediately have an assessment prepared for the 1000 gallon used <br /> oil tank and the 300 gallon used antifreeze tank. Submit a schedule showing when this will be accomplished to the <br /> EHD and submit a hazardous waste tank assessment once this has been completed. <br /> This is a Class I violation. <br /> 601 CCR 66262.34(a)Stored hazardous waste on site longer than 90 days without a permit or authorization. <br /> The 1000 gallon used oil tank and the 300 gallon used antifreeze tank were missing the accumulation start dates on <br /> the hazardous waste label. <br /> Facilities who generate more than 1000 kg of hazardous waste per month may store waste on site up to 90 days. <br /> Since it cannot be determined how long the hazardous waste has been on site, immediately contact a licensed <br /> hazardous waste hauler to dispose of this waste under manifest or a disposal record showing that the waste had <br /> been generated within 90 days. Submit a copy of the manifest to the EHD within 30 days. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br /> paperwork, by July 4, 2019. <br /> Starting September 1, 2018, all in-office CERS help will be provided at EHD hourly rate ($152).
