Oak St <br /> Lodi CA 95240 <br /> RE: Nitrate Loading Study for 826 W Bowman Rd, <br /> Service Request SR0078659. <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) has received and reviewed your <br /> Nitrate Loading study report dated January 24, 2018, and addendum and has found it meets the <br /> requirements of San Joaquin County and Code Title 9, section 9-1105.2 (d). <br /> SPECIAL COMMENTS: <br /> The results of the Nitrate Loading Study indicate the new proposed three-bedroom development <br /> has the potential to impact groundwater above the maximum contaminant level of 10 mg/L. <br /> In order to monitor the effectiveness of the proposed mitigation and pursuant to San Joaquin <br /> County OWTS Standards, Section 2.10, an annual permit and sampling of the onsite water well by <br /> a certified laboratory for Nitrate as Nitrogen is required. The analytical results of the sampling must <br /> be transmitted from the certified laboratory to the EHD by December 31St of each year.
