Ground water is 3 feet below grade. The steel casing has <br /> deteriorated with holes in it.The casing goes down to 31.5'When we remove the soils below 31.5'the sand blows <br /> in and refills to 31.5'. We propose destroying this well by the following method. <br /> 1. Procure well destruction permit for the well. <br /> 2. Submit Well Destruction Wok Plan for the well. <br /> 3. Remove debris from well. <br /> 4. Destroy this well by placing tremie pipe. <br /> 5. Pump tremie place neat cement grout from 31.5' below grade to 5' below grade. <br /> 6. Dig down 5' removing well casing and seal material. <br /> 7. Place neat cement grout"cap"over the top of the well casing. <br /> 8.
