THERE ARE TWO DUMPSTERS THAT ARE
OVERFLOWING AND GARBAGE IS ALL OVER THE GROUND.
VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS
Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7;
113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Manager explained that during trash day
for the previous week, an associate left a car in front of the dumpster, thus not allowing the waste management to dispose of
the trash properly. Manager said that trash began to overflow before the next trash day, so a U-haul was rented in order to
dispose of some of the trash at a landfill and to prevent trash from over spilling. Observed the U-haul with trash being loaded
into it,there are two dumpsters currently on site and trash is currently overfilling.Will return to see if trash is disposed of by
Wednesday afternoon.
Official inspection report mailed.
The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and
Safety Code.If a reinspection is required,fees will be assessed at the current hourly rate.
Received by: Name and Title: zakria aref, manager
EH Specialist: VICTOR ACEVEDO Phone: (209)468-0337
FA0001851 C00050323 SC544 08/19/2019
EHD 16-23 Rev.06/30/15 Page 1 of 1 Food Program Complaint Inspection Report
1868 E.
