PAINT IS PEELING <br /> OFF IN STORE AND ROOF LEAKS. BERRIES HAVE FUZZ GROWING ON THEM." <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Upon inspection, Manager on Duty is not aware of the complaint. <br /> Observed some olive oil that is past the Best By date: Western Family 34 oz bottle of olive oil has a Best By date of Oct 2016 <br /> and the 3 L jug of Star Olive Oil has a Best By date of May 2017. <br /> Observed some walnuts that are past the Best By date: Diamond shelled walnuts 2.25 oz bag has a Best By date of 31 Mar <br /> 17, Diamond 8 oz bag of chopped walnuts has a Best By date of 9 Sept 17, Diamond 6 oz bag of shelled walnuts has a Best <br /> By date of 1 Sept 17, and Western Family 5 oz bag of walnut 1/2 and pieces has a Best By date of 29 June 17. <br /> A Best By Date is not an expiration date. <br /> No berries observed today have any fuzz on them. <br /> No leaking roof was observed today.A few ceiling panels have water damage, but no active leaks observed this date. <br /> Corrective Action: <br /> 1)While food past the Best By date is not a food safety concern, it may be a quality issue.
