This is a Class II violation. 5 HSC 25505(a)(1) Failed to complete and/or submit hazardous materials inventory for all reportable materials on site. The Hazardous Materials Inventory form for the oxygen cylinder at the Ranger Station is not accurate. The amount of compressed oxygen is identified in pounds vs. cubic feet. This information must be accurate and submitted as part of the business plan. Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. This is a repeat violation, Class Il. 6 HSC 25505(a)(2) Failed to complete and/or submit a site map with all required content. The map does not show/address north orientation, loading areas, internal roads, adjacent streets, storm and sewer drains, access and exit points (facility and structures), emergency shutoffs, evacuation staging areas, hazardous material handling and storage areas, and emergency response equipment.
