INTRODUCTION <br /> 1 At the request of Ms Tina Mayhew of West Clay Properties, Advanced GeoEnvironmental;Inc ' <br /> (AGE)has prepared this quarterly report for the property located at 639 West Clay Street, Stockton, <br /> California The site and the surrounding area are illustrated in Figure 1 Structures,well and boring <br /> 1 locations are illustrated on Figure 2 , <br /> This quarterly report has been prepared in accordance with Central Valley Regional Water Quality , <br /> 1 Control Board(CVRWQCB) guidelines for investigation of underground storage tank(UST) sites <br /> Background information is summarized in Quarterly Monitoring Report and Data Summary - <br /> '' 'December 1997 and`Quarterly Report - October 1999, both prepared by AGE <br /> 4.0. PROCEDURES <br /> 1 � <br /> On 19 June 2003,eighteen single-completed and two dual-completed groundwater monitoring wells <br /> and two ground water extraction wells were purged and sampled <br /> Field work was performed in accordance with San Joaquin County Environmental Health <br /> Department(EHD) and CVRWQCB guidelines for sampling ground water monitoring wells and <br /> investigating UST sites <br /> 1 2 1 QUARTERLY GROUNDWATER MONITORING rt <br /> Eighteen single-completed and two' dual-completed ground water monitoring wells and two ground water extraction wells were purged and sampled on 19 June 2003 Teri of the wells(MW-4,MW-5, ., <br /> MW-6A, MW'7, MW-8A, MW-1,0, MW-11A, MW-12A, MW-13A, 14A, 15A and EW-1) were <br />' shallow wells screened from approximately 10 to 35 feet below surface grade (bsg) Eight wells <br /> (MW-1,MW-2,MW-6B,MW-8B,MW-9,MW-11 B,MW-12B,MW-13B,MW-14B and MW-15B) <br />'- ,_- t`were"deep wells-screened-from-approximately 40 to 70-feet- Two wells (MW-3-and EW=2) were _ <br />' intermediate wells screened between 30 and 50 feet <br />' <br /> 22 1 Well Monitoring and Evacuation <br /> I <br /> I , <br /> A Solinst water level meter was used to measure the depth to ground water in the 24 wells relative , <br />' to the tops of the well casings The ground water elevations and gradient were determined from these <br /> . <br /> data(Table 1) <br /> Advanced GeaEnvironmental,Inc <br /> I <br /> I I _ <br /> i' <br />
