INTRODUCTION <br />' At the request of Ms Tina Mayhew of West Clay Properties, Advanced GeoEnvironmental, Inc <br /> (AGE)has prepared this quarterly report for the property located at 639 West Clay Street, Stockton, <br /> California The site and the surrounding area are illustrated in Figure 1 Structures, well and boring <br />' locations are illustrated on Figure 2 <br /> This quarterly report has been prepared in accordance with Central Valley Regional Water Quality <br />' Control Board(CVRWQCB)guidelines for investigation of underground storage tank(UST)sites <br /> Background information is summanzed in Quarterly Monitoring Report and Data Summary <br /> December 1997 and Quarterly Report- October 1999, both prepared by AGE <br />' 2.0 PROCEDURES <br /> On 14 March 2003, eighteen single-completed and two dual-completed ground water monitoring <br />' wells and two ground water extraction wells were purged and sampled <br /> Field work was performed in accordance with San Joaquin County Environmental Health <br />' Department (EHD) and CVRWQCB guidelines for sampling ground water monitoring wells and <br /> investigating UST sites <br /> 2 1 ' QUARTERLY GROUND WATER MONITORING , <br /> Eighteen single-completed and two dual-completed ground water monitoring wells and two ground <br /> 1 water extraction wells were purged and sampled on 14 March 2003 =Ten of the wells(MW-4,MW-5, <br /> MW-6A, MW-7, MW-8A, MW-10, MW-11A, MW-12A, MW-13A, 14A, 15A and EW-1) were <br /> shallow wells screened from approximately 10 to 35 feet below surface grade (bsg) Eight wells <br /> _ (MW-1,MW-2,MW-6B,MW-8B,MW-9,MW-1 IB,MW-12B,MW-13B,MW-14B and MW-15B) <br /> T were deep wells screened from approximately 40 to 70'feet Two wills (MW-3'arid}EW-2) were <br />' intermediate wells screened between 30 and 50 feet <br /> y , <br /> 2 1 1 Well Monitoring and Evacuation <br /> A Sohnst water level meter was used to measure the depth to ground water in the 24 wells relative <br /> to the tops of the well casings The ground water elevations and gradient were determined from these <br /> data (Table 1) ' <br /> , <br /> Advanced GeoEnvironmentai,Inc <br />
