This letter is a description of the procedures and results of the laboratory analyses <br /> on the groundwater samples collected as recommended by the San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health Division. Details regarding the four monitoring wells are given in <br /> Appendix A. <br /> Background: <br /> Three underground fuel storage tanks (USTs) were removed from the subject site in <br /> 1987. Three monitoring wells, MW-1, MW-2, and MW-3,-were installed by others and <br /> sampled periodically in 1987, 1988, and 1994. The fourth monitoring well (MW-4) was <br /> 1~ installed by TERRASEARCH, inc. in October 1994.
