Destruction of the <br /> monitoring wells is required to complete the closure of this site. Once the destruction of the monitoring wells has <br /> been completed PHS/EHD will issue the final closure letter and the site will be removed from'the contaminated site <br /> list. - J <br /> The four monitoring wells at the site must be destroyed by a C-57 licensed driller under permit and inspection of <br /> PHS/EHD.
