(Clearwater) on'behalf of , <br /> Mrs. Mary Clarke and the Frederic Clarke Estate. <br /> { <br /> The activities proposed in this Workplan are in accordance with directives set <br /> forth by Ms. Margaret Lagorio of the San Joaqin County Pub•3c Health <br /> Services, Environmental Health Division,.WNfi0" ta� mer-dated, June 14, <br /> .1995. This Workplan proposes the installation of three ,dwater <br /> monitoring wells at the subject location and the sampling of a sma 'saf <br /> stockpile at 1111 North Union Street in Stockton. In a site meeting]with Ms. <br /> Lagorio last August, she and I agreed upon the general placement of the three <br /> monitoring wells to be installed during this phaselof the site investigation. <br /> In her June 14 letter, Ms. Lagorio also requested tliLt a document reporting on. <br /> all past investigations at 729 South Commerce Street be submitted tol the PHS. ; <br /> It is my understanding that this task will be performed by another consulting <br /> firm. <br /> Copies of this Workplan will be sent to Mrs. Mary Clarke of the Frederic <br /> Clarke Estate and to Ms. Margaret Lagorio of the San Joaquin Countyi PHS. <br /> Please feel free to call me at 510-337-87.37 if you have questions or comments <br /> regarding this document. <br /> 'f <br /> I <br />
