Those <br /> attending the meeting were Mary Clarke, John Patridge Esq. and <br /> Brooke Birkie Esq. representing the responsible parties, and <br /> Margaret Lagorio representing PHS/EHD. The following is a <br /> summary of the meeting discussions . <br /> It is anticipated that probate for Frederic Clarke will be <br /> finalized in two to three months . A copy of the papers will be <br /> provided to PHS/EHD when probate is finalized. <br /> Clearwater Group, Inc . is drafting a work plan to investigate the <br /> extent of soil contamination and to initiate a groundwater <br /> investigation. The work plan will also include sampling and <br /> analysis of the remaining stockpiled soil at 1111 N. Union <br /> Street , Stockton. The draft work plan will be submitted to <br /> Brooke Birkie Esq. by January 11, 1996 . The final work plan <br /> should be submitted to PHS/EHD sometime the week of January 15, <br /> 1996 . <br /> Once PHS/EHD has approved the work plan, it will be put out to <br /> bid. It is anticipated that bidding on the work plan will take <br /> about 3 weeks so the work should be scheduled by the end of <br /> February 1996 . <br /> A report of the past investigation work conducted at the site <br /> must be prepared by a properly licensed individual in the State <br /> of California . It was discussed that since persons currently <br /> employed by Advanced GeoEnvironmental performed the sampling of <br /> the excavation and provided PHS/EHD with facsimiles of the soil <br /> sample results from the laboratory after the excavation work, <br /> that they be contacted about writing a report of that work.
