Union <br /> Street to 7735 S . Highway 99, we enclose the <br /> following information as requested. <br /> 1. Regarding the amount of soil moved from 729 S. <br /> Commerce Street to 1111 N. Union Street, enclosed <br /> find a letter from Cummins & Associates dated <br /> July 15, 1993, indicating approximately 1,000 tons <br /> stockpiled on site. Also find an invoice from <br /> Falcon Energy Company dated September 10, 1993 , <br /> indicating 1 ,080 tons was transported by Alegre <br /> Trucking as indicated by his tag Nos. 166724, <br /> 166725 & 182142. <br /> 2. Regarding the treatment of the soil at 1111 N. <br /> Union Street, the only thing we have been able to <br /> obtain is a letter dated November 18, 1994, from <br /> Mr. James J. Hoblitzell indicating the material was <br /> aerated and test conducted by Cummins & Associates. <br /> Mr. Hoblitzell claims he does not have access to <br /> Falcon Energy files. <br /> 3 . The amount of soil transported from 1111 N. Union <br /> Street to 7735 S. Highway 99 was 1, 022 tons as <br /> evidenced by invoices and dated 11/21/94 to <br /> Chas. H. Bloom Co. <br /> 4 . Chas. H. Bloom Co. transported 1, 040 cubic yards <br /> of material on November 7 & 8, 1994, at its own <br /> expense to Alegre Trucking with no reimbursement <br /> from myself. <br /> 5 . Enclosed are two invoices from Falcon Energy dated <br /> April and May 1993 for removal of material at <br /> 729 S. Commerce. <br />
