Ground Zero Analysis, Inc. <br /> SITE SAFETY PLAN <br /> SANITATION AND DECONTAMINATION <br /> Personnel Decontamination Procedure: <br /> All contaminated personal protective equipment (i.e., gloves coveralls) will be placed on and <br /> covered with 6-mil plastic sheeting along with the drill cuttings. <br /> Location of Wash Water: At site. <br /> Location of Toilet: At site. <br /> Location of Drinking Water: At site. <br /> MARK LOCATION OF EYEWASH AND SHOWER DRENCH ON SITE MAP L7 CHECK WHEN DONE <br /> Equipment Decontamination Procedure: Equipment will be washed with a trisodium <br /> phosphate solution and/or steamcleaned. <br /> Materials to be Disposed of as Hazardous Waste: All soil and water produced will be stored on- <br /> site until appropriate disposal methods are <br /> determined. <br /> EMERGENCY RESPONSE <br /> In case of an emergency, the branch/corporate safety officer must be notified by the site safety <br /> officer or project manager. The site safety officer or her/his alternate will notify outside emergency <br /> response agencies (ER) as needed, the branch/corporate safety officer, and the project <br /> supervisor/manager.
