Comstock Rd. <br /> Linden, CA <br /> San Joaquin County Public Health Services,Environmental Health Division(PHS/EHD)has <br /> recently reviewed the underground storage tank file for the above referenced site. <br /> On December 14, 1990 PHS/EHD staff witnessed the removal of a 12,000 gallon diesel tank. <br /> Odor and discoloration of the soil at 12 to 13 feet was noted but soil samples were not <br /> collected from these areas. Soil samples were collected from clean soil at 14 feet deep. <br /> t Based on PHS/EHD staff notation an "Underground Storage Tank Unauthorized Release <br /> (Leak)/Contaminated Site Report"has been filed pursuant to Section 25180.7 of the Health <br /> and Safety Code. <br /> Should you wish to mitigate the contamination documented at your facility, San Joaquin <br /> County PHS/EHD has been designated by the State of California Water Resources Control <br /> Board as the local agency overseeing the investigation of leaking UST's.
