(KMEP) through its operating partner SFPP, L.P. A list of the <br /> documents and staff's comments on them are in the enclosed memorandum. <br /> By 22 October 1999,please submit a revised work plan to conduct a capture zone analysis. This work <br /> plan shall include a detailed evaluation of the historic operational pumping rates, present a chart showing <br /> for each month of operation the rates specific to the extraction well locations, and include the rationale <br /> for selecting the flow rate at which plume capture will be evaluated. <br /> Enclosed is a copy of the final Revised Monitoring and Reporting Program No. 94-806. Comments <br /> provided by LFR Levine-Fricke on behalf of KMEP have been incorporated.
