These wells shall be sample
dR
at the same frequency and for the same constituents as the monitoring wells, except depth to
groundwater. The Discharger is to notify the Board as soon as it learns that a private well contains any
detectable constituents of concern. Immediate confirmation samples must be collected and the Board
apprised of the results.
SURFACE WATER MONITORING A
All surface water samples shall be grab samples. Surface water samples shall be taken from two
locations: Station S-1 shall be upstream from the point of release, and station S-2 shall be downstream
from the point of release. Notes on surface water conditions shall be
summarized and submitted in the monitoring report.
REPORTING
When reporting data, the Discharger shall arrange the information in tabular form so that the date, the
constituents, and the concentrations are readily discernible. The data shall be summarized in such a
manner as to illustrate clearly the compliance with this Order. In addition, the Discharger shall notify the
Board within 48 hours of any unscheduled shutdown of the groundwater extraction system.
