Quarterly reports for the site have been consistently late for the last few <br /> quarters. Monitoring and Reporting Program (MRP) No. 94-806 requires quarterly reports to be <br /> submitted by the 30th day of the month following the end of each quarter. Please make an effort to <br /> submit the reports on time. <br /> The quarterly report did not include the results of ongoing free product bailing activities. The well <br /> location map (Figure 2) is not accurate and does not correlate with the subsequent figures in the report. <br /> Monitoring well N-17 is not shown on any of the figures. Wells N-17 through N-19 were not sampled <br /> during the first quarter. MRP No. 94-806 requires that free product bailing activities be reported in the <br /> quarterly reports and that new wells be monitored and sampled on a quarterly basis. <br /> Your next quarterly report is due by 30 July 1995 and shall address all of the above issues. Regarding <br /> the installation of the ground water extraction system, your report states operation will begin in <br /> "mid-1995". By 7 July 1995, please submit a date for system startup. Also provide at least 72 Hours <br /> notice prior to any field activities in case I wish to split samples or observe field activities. <br /> If you have any questions, you may call me at(916) 255-3077. <br /> J L M.
