CALIFORNIA REGIONAL WATER QUALITY CONTROL BOARD <br /> CENTRAL VALLEY REGION <br /> ORDER NO. R5-2005-0095 <br /> RESCINDING VARIOUS WASTE DISCHARGE REQUIREMENTS <br /> The California Regional Water Quality Control Board, Central Valley Region, fords that the Board <br /> adopted the following Orders and Resolutions, which are no longer applicable for the reasons shown: <br /> Order No. 5-00-217 (NPDES No. CA0084701), adopted 27 October 2000 prescribes requirements for <br /> discharge of treated groundwater from Kinder Morgan Energy Partners, L.P. (1CMEP) interim <br /> remediation system at KMEP's Holt Petroleum Release Site into Trapper Slough in San Joaquin County. <br /> KMEP has ceased discharging treated wastewater to surface waters and on 19 April 2005 requested <br /> rescission of the order. Order No. 5-00-017 is no longer needed and should be rescinded. <br /> Order No. R5-2004-0137, adopted on 15 October 2004,prescribes requirements for the Port of Stockton <br /> to dredge and deepen docks 14—20 at its West Complex. The Port has requested a rescission of the <br /> WDRs and will submit a new Report of Waste Discharge for this project. <br /> Order No. 98-180, adopted 11 September 1998, prescribes requirements for'Tosco Corporation and <br /> UNOCAP (Discharger) for discharge of treated petroleum hydrotest waterr to an infiltration basin at the <br /> Coalinga Pump Station. The recycling site is in Fresno County in Section 32, T19S, R16E, MDB&M. <br /> The Discharger never initiated discharge under this permit. By letter dated 11 February 2005, the <br /> Discharger requested the Order be rescinded. <br /> IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the above waste discharge requirements Orders and Resolutions are <br /> rescinded. <br /> I, THOMAS R. PINKOS, Executive Officer, do hereby certify the foregoing is a full, true, and correct <br /> copy of an Order adopted by the California Regional Water Quality Control Board, Central Valley <br /> Region, on 24 June 2005. <br /> THOMAS R.
