The final written report must be submitted at least two weeks prior to the <br /> contract termination date. <br /> The LIA will be responsible for maintaining accounting and record keeping <br /> systems to and quarterly document all EAR Account expenditures all corrective <br /> action activities and all enforcement cost including any disputes with the <br /> responsible party to support cost recovery efforts. Enforcement costs include all <br /> expenditures reasonably related to inducing recalcitrant responsible party to <br /> comply with a corrective action order and to recover UST Cleanup Fund <br /> expenditures. They include the salaries and other expenses associated with <br /> case development negotiations and litigation. <br /> Questions <br /> 1) need issue a cleanup and abatement order and begin to document <br /> notification of RP by certified mail, general delivery mail and telephone. <br /> Should also conduct an office hearing to determine why the responsible party <br /> cannot or will not cleanup the contamination or abate its effects. <br /> 2) Need to call SWRCB (Diane Edwards) to nominate these two sites for <br /> inclusion on the regional annual list of abandoned and recalcitrant sites. <br /> 3) Need to complete a copy of appendix b <br /> 4) need to write a board of supervisors resolution authorizing PHS/EHD to enter <br /> into state contract <br /> 5) take bids to complete the investigation, perform the corrective action and <br /> close these two sites. <br />
