Former Countryside Market,Stockton,California <br /> Feasibility Study and Interim Remedial Action Plan May 20,2013 <br /> hydrocarbon plume, and are presented in SGI's Site Investigation/Fourth Quarter 2012 Groundwater <br /> Monitoring and Sampling Report, dated February 8, 2013. <br /> Based on the investigation results to date, groundwater impacts at the Site and surrounding area <br /> warrant active remediation (Tables 1 and 2 provide a summary of groundwater monitoring and <br /> domestic well analytical results, respectively). Additionally, residually impacted vadose zone soils in <br /> the former UST area may require active and/or passive remediation (Tak le 3 provides a summary of <br /> historic soil analytical results). Therefore, SGI presents a feasibility studl and IRAP herein to assess <br /> the most viable remedial alternatives and a proposed strategy for confirm ng the selected approach is <br /> sound via specified data collection and testing activities. These tasks vill be preceded by vertical <br /> plume delineation assessment activities with the results/findings being util zed to verify if modifications <br /> to the feasibility study and IRAP are necessary.
