1.0 INTRODUCTION
Stockton Service Station Co, Inc. removed one 6'000 gallon diesel fuel
underground storage tank (UST) from Sprint Communications Company's
facility at 3807 Coronado Ave, Stockton, CA. The site location is shown
on Figure 1. The removal took place on September 6 and 7, 1994.
The tank contained a total of approximately 4,00;0 gallons of#2 diesel fuel
prior to removal. The tank was of double walled fiberglass construction
and had a nominal capacity of 6,000 gallons.
The UST was used to supply fuel to the facility's emergency standby
generators and has been replaced with a new Owens Corning Tank
Corporation 10,000 gallon double walled fiberglass UST.
Sprint is preparing a separate report detailing UST installation .
