In accordance with the discussion and recommendations of the enclosed <br /> memorandum, you should expand the RI and the Addendum as follows: <br /> 1 . Employ, for each dry well , an environmental fate analysis such as the Designated <br /> Level Methodology to establish acceptable soil concentrations for each waste <br /> constituent, and <br /> 2. Clearly justify, through calculations, maps, and drawings, the conclusions and <br /> recommendations resulting from the analyses. <br /> In this effort, you should consider the enclosed basic discussion of procedures to <br /> correctly conduct environmental fate analyses and to establish site cleanup levels. <br /> Please report the results of the analyses by 26 October 1990.
