The Discharger shall submit to the Board on or before each compliance report date, a report detailing his compliance or noncompliance with the specific date and task. 4. If noncompliance is being reported, the reasons for such noncompliance shall be stated, plus an estimate of the date when the Discharge will be in compliance. The Discharger shall notify the Board by letter when he has returned to compliance with the time schedule. 5. Within 30 days of the adoption of this Order, the discharger shall submit for the approval of the Executive Officer a GWTS evaluation program for the eastern GSA which shall describe, but not be limited to, the following: a. the monitoring wells chosen to assess the effectiveness of the ground water cleanup, b. the extraction well ' s radius of influence, as determined through appropriate pump tests, c. the proposed sampling frequency and constituents to be analyzed. 6. The Discharger shall comply with the "Standard Provisions and Reporting Requirements (NPDES)" , dated 15 May 1986, which are part of this Order. 7. The Discharger may be required to submit technical reports as directed by the Executive Officer.
