RIGHT OF ENTRY AGREEMENT <br /> THIS RIGHT OF ENTRY AGREEMENT is entered into this // 7W day <br /> of 1988 by and between the Connolly Ranch, Inc. , P.O. Box <br /> 811 , Tracy, California (hereafter referred to as "Owner") and Lawrence <br /> Livermore National Laboratory (hereafter referred to as "LLNL") . <br /> Owner is the legal owner of certain real property (hereafter "Parcel ") <br /> described as Section 25, Township 3 South, Range 4 East, Parcel No. 1 , <br /> containing 14.06 acres ml as listed in Book 251 Page 18 of the Records <br /> of the Assessor of the County of San Joaquin. A sketch of the premises <br /> is attached hereto as Exhibit A and made a part hereof. <br /> LLNL desires permission for itself and its authorized subcontractors to <br /> enter upon the Parcel to drill two (2) ground water monitor wells <br /> thereon in accordance with State and local regulations and conduct tests <br /> of the water therein, and, to gain access periodically thereafter to <br /> collect and sample the ground water. <br /> Owner agrees that LLNL may at its own expense and without right of <br /> reimbursement enter Owner's Parcel as soon as practicable for the <br /> specific purposes and operations described above subject to the <br /> following conditions: <br />
