Each well head will be completed as a 12 inch stovepipe, three feet high <br /> with four freestanding bollards for protection. A permanent pump, <br /> wiring, discharge line and water level measuring tube will be installed <br /> in each well . The deeper of the two wells will have a flow meter <br /> installed and be available for joint use by the Owner. Should either or <br /> both wells no longer be needed by LLNL, Owner agrees to accept full <br /> ownership and control of the well (s) on terms to be negotiated at that <br /> time in a Release document. Alternatively, if either or both wells are <br /> no longer needed by LLNL, and, at Owner's direction, wells will be <br /> sealed and abandoned in accordance with State and local requirements. <br /> Sample results from each monitor well will be made available to Owner, <br /> if requested. <br /> (4) The LLNL points of contact for questions regarding LLNL <br /> activities are Albert Lamarre at (415) 422-0757 or Keith Graham at (415) <br /> 423-8971 .
