Requirements are being <br /> discussed with staff from DOHS Program Management Section, the California <br /> Highway Patrol , Motor Carrier Safety Section, and the Department of <br /> Transportation, Materials Transportation Bureau. <br /> LLNL is interested in expeditiously resolving the issue of how to dispose of <br /> the containerized unidentified wastes and would therefore appreciate due <br /> consideration of this request for an emergency permit.
