Please acknowledge receipt of these requirements with the en- <br /> closed card. <br /> Investigation of Site 300 by our staff indicates that the facility receives <br /> only domestic waste. Some concern was expressed by the Board that other types <br /> of waste may be generated on the site. They requested that we have some assur- <br /> ance that only domestic waste is being treated and disposed of at the facility. <br /> Please notify us by letter as to the origin of all the waste being received <br /> by the ponds. The Board also requests that we be notified of the treatment and <br /> disposal methods for any industrial waste generated at the site.
