'The direct discharge of wastes to surface waters or surface water <br /> drainacle courses is prohibited. <br /> 8- �Ischajrge 'Specifications: <br /> 1 . "Ahe discharge shall not cause a pollution or nuisance as defined by <br /> the California Water Code. <br /> 2. "rhe discharge shall not cause degradation of any water supply. <br /> 3.
