MONITORING AND REPORTING PROGRAM <br /> FOR UNIVERSITY OF CALIFORNIA -3- <br /> LAWRENCE LIVERMORE NATIONAL LABORATORY <br /> AND U.S. DEPARTMENT OF ENERGY <br /> LANDFILL PITS 1 AND 7 <br /> SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> Semi-annual monitoring reports shall be submitted to the Board by the 45th <br /> day following the end of each calendar quarter in which the samples were <br /> taken. <br /> The results of any monitoring, done more frequently than required at the <br /> locations specified herein shall be reported to the Board. <br /> An annual report shall be submitted to the Board which contains tabular and <br /> graphical summaries of the monitoring data obtained during the previous <br /> year. If non-compliance has occurred, the report shall include a <br /> discussion of the progress toward reestablishment of compliance with waste <br /> discharge requirements and the water quality protection standard. <br /> The Discharger shall implement the above monitoring program on the <br /> effective date of this Order. <br /> Ordered by <br /> WILLIAM H.
