Enclosed is a copy <br /> of the Tentative NPDES Order and Time Schedule Order for the Groundwater Treatment System in San <br /> Joaquin County. Any comments you have concerning the enclosed Tentative Orders must be submitted <br /> to this office by 13 January 2005 in order to give them full consideration prior to the 27 and 28 January <br /> 2005 meeting of the Regional Board. <br /> Also enclosed are three (3) copies of a Notice of Public Hearing concerning renewal of your waste <br /> discharge requirements and a copy of a Proof of Posting form. Regulations require you comply with the <br /> following: <br /> By 13 December 2004, post one (1) copy of the Notice at the nearest city hall or county courthouse, <br /> and one (1) copy at the post office nearest your facility(if allowed), and one (1) copy near the <br /> entrance of your premises. <br /> By 24 December 2004, file with this office the Proof of Posting, using the enclosed form. <br /> California Environmental Protection Agency <br /> �o Recycled Paper <br />
