Treatment will be
complete when the final concentration of diesel fuel is less than 25 mg/kg TRH-D. The
expected time to completion is less than thirty days.
13..seusProje+c
After the completion of the soil bioremediation, the 500 cubic yards of sail will be used to
extend the Corporation Yard across from Building 801. The proposed site is spawn in
Attachment 2. Attachment 3 is a detailed drawing of the project site. The soil will be
moved to the Building 801 Corporation Yard where It will be compacted and graded
consistent with the contours of the existing 30 foot slope. The slope will be stabilized to
minimize any runoff from the project site. The current Corporation Yard consists of
packed and graded soil. No gravel or asphalt surface has been applied. The
Corporation Yard is only used for long term storage of equipment such as steel and
concrete blacks and short term storage of some mobile equipment. No liquids or wastes
are stored at this siva.
This project has been 4Diane Hinson of Ban uln County Public Health
Services, who oversees tank removal projects at Site 300IThe project starts upon your
approval. Please let us know if we may proceed with the proposed project.
