Substantive <br /> Requirements of the Clean Water Act Sections 401 are attached. <br /> The attached Substantive Requirements will be incorporated into the Storm Water Pollution <br /> Prevention Plan (SWPPP), which is part of the design package for the Building 850 soil <br /> removal action.
