A copy of that letter is enclosed.
In accordance with the Federal Facility Agreement (FFA) for LLNL Site 300,
the U.S. Department of Energy is again contacting those organizations who did
not respond to the DTSC request. Therefore, we
are requesting that you provide your agency-specific ARARs for LLNL Site 300.
Through this process, we will be able to ensure that your requirements and
concerns are addressed and satisfied during the remediation of LLNL Site 300.
The ARARs for this site may include environmental and public health laws and
regulations promulgated by your agency. We request that your agency provide
a list of ARARs in reference to all regulations and laws applicable to this site
which are within your jurisdiction.
Please provide this information within 30 days of receipt of this letter.
