CALIFORNIA REGIONAL WATER QUALITY CONTROL BOARD <br /> CENTRAL VALLEY REGION <br /> MONITORING AND REPORTING PROGRAM NO. <br /> FOR <br /> CITY OF TRACY <br /> CLASS lI LAND TREATMENT FACILITY <br /> SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> REPORTING <br /> In reporting the monitoring data required by this program, the Discharger shall arrange the data in <br /> tabular form so that the date, the constituents, the concentrations, and the units are readily <br /> discernible. The data shall be summarized in such a manner so as to illustrate clearly the <br /> compliance, or lack thereof, with Waste Discharge Requirements. A short discussion of the <br /> monitoring results, including notations of any water quality violations, shall precede the tabular <br /> summaries. The Discharger is encouraged to submit a copy of its monitoring data in a computer <br /> compatible format to reduce volume of paper that must be stored. <br /> Quarterly monitoring reports shall be submitted to the Board by the 15th day of the month following <br /> the calendar quarter in which the samples were taken. <br /> The results of any monitoring done more frequently than required at the locations specified herein <br /> shall be reported to the Board. <br /> An annual report shall be submitted to the Board by 30 January of each year which contains both <br /> tabular and graphical summaries of the monitoring data obtained during the previous year. The <br /> report shall include a discussion of compliance with waste discharge requirements and water quality <br /> protection standards, and a summary of the actions taken or planned or which may be needed to <br /> bring the discharge into full compliance with Waste Discharge Requirements. <br /> UNTREATED SOIL MONITORING <br /> The Discharger shall monitor each lot of soil discharged to the Class II Land Treatment facility and <br /> report to the Board quarterly: <br /> MONITORING FOR UNTREATED SOIL <br /> Report in <br /> Parameter Units of <br /> Quantity discharged cubic yards <br /> Source(s) of soil discharged --- <br /> Major pollutants(s)' and range(s) of concentration mg/kg <br /> ' Unleaded gasoline, leaded gasoline, lead, diesel, jet fuel, kerosene, heating oil, crude oil, <br /> Total recoverable petroleum hydrocarbons, PNAs or PAHs, etc. <br />
