The Report of Waste Discharge requests waste discharge requirements (WDRs) for <br /> construction and operation of a Class II Land Treatment facili <br /> Municipal Airport, Tracy, San Joaquin County. tY adiacen� the Tracy <br /> 3. The site, comprising five acres of a nine-acre <br /> 11-22, is owned and operated by the City lracyot Assessor's Parcel Number 25-s <br /> ite <br /> waste treatment and storage activities and off-site beneficial(hereafter, <br /> activities are proposed. <br /> The facility is on the west side of the Tracy Municipal <br /> Road and the Delta-Mendota Canal, in the southwest l Airport rthbetween lCorral S a Holl T.3 <br /> S., R. 5 E., Mt Diablo Baseline and Meridian. Access is from Corral Hollow Road, as <br /> shown in Attachment A, which is incorporated herein and made a part of this Order. <br /> 4. The facility consists of 20 temporary containment cells for storage and bioremediation <br /> treatment of non-hazardous hydrocarbon-contaminated soils as shown in Attachment B, <br /> which is incorporated herein and made a part of this Order. Treated soil will be reused <br /> off-site as road base or in other uses involving encapsulation. <br />
