This SAP was developed after meeting with Mr. Paul Verma and Regional Water <br /> Quality Control Board (RWQCB) staff, review of general RWQCB guidelines, and <br /> requirements for SAP's using our current understanding of the site conditions and the <br /> site closure/compliance requirements for the City of Tracy — Class II Land Treatment <br /> Unit. <br /> Kleinfelder is committed to providing a high level of service to its clients, commensurate <br /> with their wants and needs.
