WHAT THIS IS <br /> This is the Five Day Written Report that follows identification of diesel fuel in <br /> soil at the July 26 closure of the 2000 gallon diesel fuel tank 871-D1U1 at <br /> Building 871. Diesel fuel was detected by the smell of the excavation and of the <br /> excavated soil. Bill Snavely, San Joaquin County UST Inspector, was present for <br /> the tank1 <br /> c osure activity and similarly noted the smell of diesel fuel. <br /> We are waiting for the final report of analyses of the closure soil samples. <br />
