Corral Hollow Rd. <br /> Tracy, CA., 95376 <br /> San Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental Health Division (PHS-EHD) has <br /> reviewed the recently submitted"Cintra Property Investigation"report dated December 8, 1997 <br /> and offers the following comments. <br /> In written authority issued by the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board dated <br /> February 22, 1994, PHS-EHD has evaluated the investigation findings and concurs with <br /> conclusions and recommendations included that the site qualifies for"No Further Action"as <br /> related to the soil and groundwater investigation near the Chevron Pipe Line Company's former <br /> pipeline area. <br /> Based upon the available information,including the current land use, and with the provision that <br /> the information provided to this agency was accurate and representative of site conditions, no <br /> further action related to the Chevron Pipe Line release is required at this time. <br /> Should contamination or other conditions be discovered during development at this site, PHS- <br /> EHD is to be notified immediately and the guidelines established in the"Soils Management Plan" <br /> (SMP) issued by Chevron Pipe Line/Geomatrix are to be followed in detail.
