It is Kleinfelder's understanding that the site is proposed for residential development. In accordance with your defined scope of work, Kleinfelder will provide the following scope of services in an attempt to address a potential groundwater contamination plume associated with an currently ongoing excavation of contaminated soil discovered during grading operations at the site. The follow scope of services that is proposed is an attempt to define the extent of groundwater contamination if any, resulting from contaminated soils: • Task E01 - Permitting and Pre-Field Activities • Task E02—Temporary Monitoring Well Installation • Task E03 - Groundwater Sampling • Task E04 - Reporting The scope of work is described in Attachment A, with Typical Kleinfelder Field Protocols as Attachment B. The cost estimate is included as Attachment C. Also attached is a Work Requisition form to authorize the work. All work would be performed in accordance with the terms and conditions of our existing contract. We can begin work as soon as we receive the signed Work Requisitions.
