The Permittee shall retain on-site, a current waste analysis plan describing how and <br /> when wastes or treatment residues will be tested to comply with the land disposal <br /> restriction regulations. <br /> G. Permit Actionc <br /> This permit may be modified, revoked and reissued, or terminated for cause. The filing of <br /> a request by the Permittee for a permit modification, revocation and reissuance, or <br /> termination or a notification of anticipated noncompliance or planned changes (except as <br /> provided in title 22, CCR, section 66270.42(a)), does not stay any permit condition. Except <br /> as provided in title 22, CCR, section 66270.42(a), a new facility permit condition or a <br /> modification of an existing facility permit condition shall become effective on the date <br /> specified in the Department's written notice of approval of the permit modification, pursuant <br /> } <br /> to tide 22, CCR, sections 66270.42 and/or 66271.14. <br /> H. Need to Halt or Reduce Activity <br /> It shall not be a defense for the Permirtee in an enforcement action that it would have been <br /> necessary to halt or reduce the permitted activity in order to maintain compliance with the <br /> conditions of this permit. <br /> I. Severahility <br /> The provisions of this permit are severable, and if any provision of this permit or the <br /> application of any provision of this permit to any circumstance is held invalid, the application <br /> of such provision to other circumstances and the remainder of this permit shall not be <br /> affected thereby. <br /> ro <br /> I. Permit Fx irn ation <br /> This permit will be valid for ten (10)years from the effective date. In accordance with title <br /> 22, CCR, section 66270.51, this permit and all conditions therein will remain in effect <br /> beyond the permit expiration or termination date, until the effective date of a new permit, <br /> if the Permittee has submitted a timely and complete application (both Part A and Part B) for <br /> a new permit and, through no fault of the Permittee, the Department has not issued a new <br /> permit. In accordance with title 22, CCR, section 66270.10(h), a timely and complete <br /> application for a new permit shall be submitted at least 180 days before this permit expires, <br /> unless permission for a later date is granted in writing by the Department. <br /> 6 <br /> " 7;; <br />
