SWMU Nos. 11 through 20, AOC No. 1 and AOC No. 2 were investigated during the RFI phase and it was determined that no further investigation or remediation was required at these units. Therefore, no further action is recommended for these units. SWMU Nos. 10 and 21, and AOC Nos. 3, 4, and 5 have been investigated and reports have been submitted derailing the nature and extent of contamination. These reports include: 1) RCRA Facility Investigation, August 9, 1999; 2) RCRA Facility Investigation Field Investigation Results, February 16, 2000; and 3) Corrective Measures Study Workplan, May 11, 2000; Based on these investigations, only SWMU No. 21 and AOC No. 4 require remediation due to the presence of petroleum hydrocarbons above the approved cleanup level. Remediation will be carried out as specified in the Corrective Measures Study Workplan, May 11, 2000, with the following modification: No soils containing hazardous constituents in concentrations above the approved cleanup levels will be left on-site.
