The former underground stooge tank(s) (UST)cannot be <br /> recommended for final closure without further investigation to determine the fuU extent of the soil andl!or <br /> groundwater problem. <br /> In addition, PHS/EHD is providing you notification that an'Underground Storage Tank Unauthorized <br /> Release (Leek)/Contaminated Site Report"has been filed pursuant to Section 25295 (a)of the Health and <br /> Safety Code. In addition, the appropriate disclosure of a hazardous waste discharge pursuant to Section <br /> 25180.7 of the Health and Safety Code has been mads <br /> Should you wish to mitigate the contamination documented at your facility,San Joaquin County <br /> PHS/EHD has been designated by the State of Calltoraia Water Resoaroea Control Hoard as the local <br /> agency overseeing the Investigation of leaking UST's.
