L <br /> Samples collected from the diesel tank excavation reported a maximum ax>.mum concentration of 3.3 ppm <br /> TPH-diesel and 46 ppm total lead. Gasoline-based compounds, (TPH or BTEX) and ethylene <br /> dibromide were not detected above laboratory detection limits in the samples from within the <br /> excavation. Soil samples from the soil stockpile reported a maximum concentration of 6.3 ppm <br /> TPH-diesel, 0.005 ppm total xylenes, and 38 ppm total lead. Documentation associated with the <br /> UST removal, including prior analytical laboratory results, is included in Appendix B. <br /> 3.1 Livermore <br /> National Laboratories Groundwater Investigation <br /> A cluster of five groundwater monitoring wells were installed to the northwest of the former <br /> underground tank area by Livermore National Laboratories. The wells were installed expressly <br /> to track a plume of chlorinated solvent contaminated groundwater that migrated from the <br /> Livermore property.
